How do I manually link a bank account?

If you are unable to link your bank account automatically through Plaid, you have the option to link it manually using micro-deposits. Follow the steps below to complete the process.

Step 1: From the Home Page, click Profile > Settings > Accounts > Add Bank Account

Step 2: Select the owner of the bank account (typically yourself)

Step 3: Select Continue without phone number

Step 4: Select Manual

Step 5: Enter your Routing Number

Step 6: Select Enter account number instead

Step 7: Enter and re-enter your account number

Step 8: Enter your name

Step 9: Select the account type

Step 10: Grant authorization

Step 11: Verify the micro-deposits and upload proof of account ownership (account statement or voided check)

Step 12: The Measured team will review your documentation and approve or reject the account linkage within one business day.
